1. Overview
VCAdvisors.org is a consulting platform that connects independent advisors (“Advisors”) with clients (“Clients”) seeking coaching, strategic consulting, or related services. The Company provides the platform and infrastructure; we do not directly offer or deliver the services listed by Advisors unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
To use this website, you must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- Using the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
3. Role of the Company
- We provide the infrastructure for Advisors to offer services to Clients.
- We are not a party to any service agreement formed between Advisors and Clients.
- We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of services by Advisors.
4. Advisor Responsibilities
By registering as an Advisor, you agree to:
- Deliver services professionally, ethically, and as described
- Maintain accurate availability and service descriptions
- Comply with any applicable licensing or legal obligations in your jurisdiction
- Accept the payment split (70% to you, 30% to Venus Capital)
- Not misrepresent your qualifications or service outcomes
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any Advisor account found in violation of these Terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
By purchasing services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Understand the scope, duration, and delivery method of the service you are booking
- Contact the Advisor promptly to complete your booking, if applicable
- Not request refunds for services already delivered unless required by law
6. Payments and Fees
- All transactions are processed through WooCommerce and associated payment processors.
- Advisors receive 70% of the revenue from their service sales.
- Venus Capital retains a 30% platform fee for hosting, admin, and marketing services.
- All prices are listed in [AUD/USD/Your Currency] and include applicable taxes where required.
7. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The Advisor fails to deliver the booked service within a reasonable time frame
- The service was not delivered as described and the Advisor fails to rectify the issue
If a dispute arises, please contact support@vcadvisors.org within 7 days of the service date. We will review the case and issue a resolution at our sole discretion.
8. Platform Access
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion
- Modify, update, or remove any aspect of the platform without notice
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and original materials on VCAdvisors.org are the intellectual property of Venus Capital and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses resulting from services not provided by us directly
- User conduct, including Advisor misconduct or misrepresentation
11. Privacy
Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected and used.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
