Welcome to the VCAdvisors.org Sales Partner Training
This training exists to prepare you to represent VCAdvisors.org programs accurately, professionally, and within clear boundaries.
The role of a Sales Partner is not to “sell whatever sticks.” Your job is to:
-
Match the right program to the right buyer
-
Explain what each program does (and does not do) in plain language
-
Protect the brand by staying within the guidelines of this training
This course gives you the context, language, and guardrails to do that well.
What This Training Covers
Over the modules in this course, you will learn:
-
How VCAdvisors.org positions public relations, visibility, and authority work
-
The specific programs available in the store and how they fit into three clear paths
-
Who our programs are for, who they are not for, and how to qualify for fit
-
How to talk about strategy systems without hype, pressure, or guarantees
-
The standards of conduct expected when representing the brand
-
How commission, tracking, and performance expectations work in practice
You will also see example sales conversations, recommended phrasing, and role-play exercises designed to help you build confidence before speaking with buyers.
How to Use This Course
-
Read the Sales Partner Training Manual (Read First)
This provides the full strategic context and should be read before you start taking notes on scripts or programs. -
Work through the modules in order
Each module builds on the previous one. Skipping around will make it harder to understand how everything fits together. -
Pay close attention to the “Prohibited Actions” and pairing rules
These sections explain what you must not do when recommending programs. They are as important as what you are allowed to do. -
Complete the quiz at the end
The quiz is there to confirm that you understand the role, the offers, and the boundaries. A passing score is required before you can be approved as an active Sales Partner.
About the Role Itself
This is a commission-based role. There is no salary, retainer, or guaranteed income.
Commission is earned on qualifying sales that are correctly tracked and within the scope of this training.
Your professionalism, alignment with the guidelines, and respect for buyers’ time are what matter most. We are not looking for aggressive closers. We are looking for people who can hold clear, thoughtful conversations with experienced professionals and recommend a single, appropriate next step.
Next Steps
-
Read the manual.
-
Complete each module carefully.
-
Take the final quiz.
-
Once you have passed, you may be invited to complete the agreement and, if approved, receive access to the Sales Partner dashboard and Office.
Take your time. The goal is not to memorize lines, but to understand how VCAdvisors.org approaches public relations, visibility, and authority so you can represent the work with accuracy and confidence.
