Venus Capital is seeking sharp, results-driven Sales Partners to represent our high-tier consulting services across digital platforms.

This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for women who understand positioning, value intelligent offers, and can communicate that value through strategic promotion. You will operate independently, using your voice, influence, and content channels to drive interest and qualified leads.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Partner, you’ll be responsible for promoting Venus Capital services across your own channels using persuasive, brand-aligned content. You’ll receive a unique referral setup and will be compensated for every confirmed sale you generate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and sharing marketing content (posts, stories, reels, short-form video, blog articles, newsletters, etc.) that positions Venus Capital offers strategically
• Writing platform-appropriate captions, callouts, and headlines that reflect the tone of the brand
• Designing visual assets using tools like Canva or similar design platforms
• Tracking your own link performance and conversion feedback
• Identifying aligned leads in your network and directing them toward our services
• Participating in occasional briefings to stay updated on offer positioning, strategy changes, and launches

Requirements

This is not a passive referral role. You must be able to actively promote and position high-ticket consulting offers in a way that reflects the caliber of the brand.

We’re looking for:

• Strong grasp of digital communication and brand tone
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, or your own blog/email list
• Basic graphic design ability (Canva or equivalent)
• Comfort writing your own content and positioning offers in your voice
• Experience in sales, consulting, strategy, entrepreneurship, or aligned spaces is preferred but not required
• High personal integrity and alignment with Venus Capital’s tone and standards

Compensation

• 30% commission on each confirmed sale
• No cap on earnings
• No quotas or minimums
